The Fern Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of its newest property, The Fern Habitat, Jaipur. This marks a significant step in the brand’s growth across North India and boosts its presence in Rajasthan to 17 properties, including operational hotels and those opening soon.
Located in Central Spine, Jagatpura, one of Jaipur’s fast-developing urban areas, The Fern Habitat will be the group’s fifth hotel in the city. It is designed to cater to both business and leisure travellers who seek comfort, flexibility, and premium hospitality.

The property will offer 175 rooms, including studio suites and spacious 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units, making it suitable for both short stays and extended visits.
