The midfielder came off the bench in Paris and is not injured, the coach said.
Barcelona coach Hansi Flick has said Rodri will return to the starting line-up for Sunday's El Clasico against Real Madrid.
The midfielder was left out of the starting XI for Barcelona's 4-2 Champions League defeat to Paris Saint-Germain and came on after about an hour. Flick said Rodri was not fully fit to start that match but is not injured.
The defeat in Paris ended Barcelona's unbeaten run this season.
The Clasico is scheduled to kick off at 1:30 am IST on October 26.
