The 10-year lease at Bagmane Solarium City comes with a monthly rent of about Rs 2.49 crore.

IBM India has leased about 2.83 lakh square feet of office space at Bagmane Solarium City in Bengaluru's Whitefield-Brookefield area.

The company has taken the ground to third floors of the park's Radon Tower at Rs 88 per square foot per month, or about Rs 2.49 crore a month, with a security deposit of nearly Rs 15 crore.

The 10-year lease includes a 15 per cent rent escalation every three years, along with a separate fit-out rental.

Bengaluru remains India's largest office market, driven by demand from global technology firms and capability centres.
